After we inform you by email about the availability of service, it is necessary to contact the agency about reservation confirmation.
After we have received your confirmation, we'll send you calculation with amounts and dates of charging your credit card, or amounts and dates for your bank transfer payments.
- After the downpayment has been charged on your credit card, or after we have received the confirmation of payment by bank transfer, you will receive Confirmation of booking with the paid amount and information on service provider.
- After saldo has been charged on your credit card, or after we have received the confirmation of saldo payment by bank trasfer, you will receive Receipt and Voucher as a confirmation of full payment for ordered service.

Berths
Choose a marina and a date when you wish to reserve a berth and enter information on the vessel and crue. Since the agency guarranties the availability of berths, you will be able to proceed to payment by credit card. Full amount of service is paid for berths exclusively by credit card.
After saldo has been charged on your credit card, you will receive Receipt and Voucher as a confirmation of full payment for ordered service.
